Read before upgrading

In version 7.4.2 of the system, some license part numbers were changed and, as a result, some features that used an old part number will not work after upgrading to this version. Check the licenses that were changed and the new part number below. If you use the features listed below, contact our sales team for more information about changing your license before upgrading your system.

IPX Analytics

The IPX Analytics engine now has its own integration license and will no longer use Edge Analytics licenses. Edge Analytics licenses installed up to version 7.4.0.4 will no longer activate IPX Analytics and must be replaced with new "Third-party server analytics integration" licenses.

Integration with SAFR (Facial Recognition)

The integration with the SAFR facial recognition system now has its own integration license and will no longer use Edge Analytics licenses. Edge Analytics licenses installed up to version 7.4.0.4 will no longer work to activate the analytics settings used with SAFR and must be replaced with new "Facial recognition systems integration" licenses.

Briefcam

If you use the Briefcam real-time alarm module, the integration now has its own license and will no longer use Edge Analytics licenses. Edge Analytics licenses installed up to version 7.4.0.4 will no longer activate the analytics settings used with the Briefcam real-time alarm module and must be replaced with new "Third-party server analytics integration" licenses.

Radar Devices

Radar devices integrated through the analytics system now have their own integration license and will no longer use Edge Analytics licenses. Edge Analytics licenses installed up to version 7.4.0.4 will no longer activate the analytics settings used with Radar and must be replaced with new "Radar Integration" licenses.

Note

Edge Analytics licenses remain valid for using Edge Analytics on devices, and only the licenses that were used for integration with the systems mentioned above must be replaced with the new license developed exclusively for integration.
